The GDS-400 was developed in direct response to customer feedback: a need for a high-flow, industrial-grade clean-in-place (CIP) system that could operate in tight spaces without compromising power. At its core is a 50-gallon vented tank paired with large-diameter hoses, enabling rapid circulation of descaling solutions for systems above 500 gallons in total volume. For systems above 1,200 gallons, please consult with a Goodway technical representative. Whether tackling boilers, chiller condenser barrels, water-cooled rolls, or other high-capacity heat exchangers, the GDS-400 is designed to handle the toughest cleaning demands.

Its integrated flow reversal valve allows for instantaneous direction change without disconnecting hoses—crucial for dislodging scale impacted tubes, eliminating dead zones, and optimizing chemical performance. By periodically reversing flow, the system promotes CO2 and foam evacuation, ensures thorough deposit disruption, and enhances heat transfer restoration.

Constructed with heavy-duty polyethylene, acid-resistant components, and industrial-grade pump and fittings, the GDS-400 is engineered for longevity in large chemical cleaning environments. With simple controls and minimal hose manipulation, operators can complete complex cleanings faster, safer, and with consistent results.
