The Hanna Instruments HI-97790C is a complete kit built around the HI-97790 Total and Free Chlorine Portable Photometer — an efficient, highly accurate instrument for measuring two of the most vital water quality parameters in a single workflow. The HI-97790 features a built-in successive measurement process that measures free chlorine followed by total chlorine from a single sample, streamlining testing and improving efficiency. A positive-locking system ensures sample vials are placed in the same position with every measurement, providing consistency and reliability in results.

Based on an adaptation of Standard Methods 4500-Cl G, DPD Colorimetric Method, the HI-97790 is ideal for regulatory and compliance requirements where successive sample measurements are necessary. The IP67 floating waterproof casing allows the meter to be carried and used anywhere on-site and in the field. The HI-97790C kit includes the photometer, CAL Check standards, carrying case and everything needed to get started straight away. Reagents are sold separately.
