Hanna Instruments HI-99141 Portable Waterproof pH Meter for Boilers and Cooling Towers

The Hanna Instruments HI-99141 is a portable, microprocessor-based pH and temperature meter specifically designed for boiler water and cooling tower water measurements. It is supplied with the HI-729113 — a rugged double junction pH electrode with a flat pH sensor and titanium body, featuring a peripheral Teflon® junction for maximum surface contact. The flat pH tip is easy to clean and prevents solids from collecting on the sensor, making it ideal for the pH measurement of treated boiler water, feed water and steam condensate.

A built-in temperature sensor allows simultaneous temperature compensated pH and temperature readings on a large dual-line LCD display, and an integral pH sensor pre-amplifier provides measurements that are impervious to noise and electrical interference. Chemicals used to minimise scale, corrosion and foaming in boiler and cooling tower systems require an optimum pH — the HI-99141 makes measuring and controlling water quality straightforward. The waterproof IP67 rated casing and probe quick connect system make this an exceptionally practical instrument for demanding industrial environments.
