AS-90 is a practical and cost-effective 3-in-1 solvent-based welder’s fluid, combining anti-spatter protection, wire feed lubrication and post-weld corrosion inhibition.

Anti-Spatter: A light spray applied before welding to areas exposed to weld spatter prevents build-up on the metal surface. Significantly reduces time spent scraping, sanding and chipping during clean-up.

Wire Feed Lubricant: Lubricates new or rusty welding wire to ensure smooth, consistent feeding to the welding torch.

Post-Weld Anti-Corrosion: When applied to welded joints and parent metal, it forms a protective surface coating that minimises flash rusting.

Silicone-free formulation ensures it will not interfere with subsequent painting. Uses an advanced non-flammable CO₂ propellant for safer application.
